As hosts of the Pigeon class we would like to thank "Mark" and everyone that attended the weekend class and the short class on Monday. When you live so far away from everywhere it is always nice to see a big turnout for any event. As my main focus has been wind energy lately it was nice to do a 180 and think about other things for awhile. "Mark" did a nice job of teaching the class at a level that was easy to grasp and for me not so technical that my brain hurt. You were all on our "local" tv Sunday night. The batch we made in the schools appleseed turned out perfect and when I can make a full batch we will wash it and put it in one of the schools tractors to try it out. It is looking like we will be growing some sunflowers to run trough the seed oil press and we will keep everyone informed as to how that goes this fall. Once agian Maria nice job.
