i would like to know how do i blend regular diesel with paraffin/kerosene with out changing the sulfur content

what i mean is if i use a low sulphur diesel and blend with paraffin, the sulphur level gos up.
what additive i can use to bring the sulphur down and how do i filter it ?

... based on what evidence?

Sulfur content varies with all fuels depending on the regulations in the jurisdiction where you buy fuel. There are no 'homebrew DIY' methods to remove sulfur from fuels.
