Hello All,
As a newbie to this forum, I'm hoping that this is in the correct place.
I have a small trucking company in NH and am interested in changing at least some of my big trucks over to bio-diesel, or SVO/WVO using heaters and/or thinners.
Seems that there is really no difference between a big truck diesel and a MB or VW automobile, or am I missing something?

To 'flyingpig' - I would really like to discuss your experiences, as you appear to be the only other trucker here. (that I have found)
Please contact me via a private message, and/or send me to a different/more appropriate forum.
I really like your oil change periods!!! Please tell me more!!!

Heya Kiwi,

Got to tell you I love New Zealand. Anyway, most diesels will run well on bio. WVO usually requires a conversion. I imagine it gets pretty cool in NH so you may want to stay away from the WVO.

If you are interested in purchasing bio for your fleet we can supply large quantitis of ASTM grade biodiesel FOB Kansas. If you have routes through here, we could save you quite a bit of money.

Sometimes everyone needs a helping hand.

“It's nice to know that a lot of people have been pushing efforts to make planet earth a better place. With biofuels, and all other alternative resources for energy, we might be able to curb the growing problem that is global warming and at the same time preserve the ecosystems of the world. The Earth's natural forces such as wind, hydro and solar power are limitless and effective ways to gain energy. So unless the winds stop blowing, the seas stop roaring or the sun dies out, there'll always be a place to go for energy. Kudos mother earth!”

A lot of people are running Veggie and Bio in old buses...

It can't be very different between a truck and a bus.
