If I lived in areas where it got to the teens at night I am not sure I would blend after seeing what happened to both of them at 15º, they were 3-4 times the thickness of diesel at the same temperature, pretty scary to try to run that I would think.

It gets below zero here. I adjust the blend percent for temperature so the fuel in the tank won't cloud. See the graph on P 1 of this discussion. My truck has a Bosch type inline pump, and the engine block and fuel filter are pre-warmed to 70°F+ and the injectors to 80°F+, so the increased viscosity isn't that great on start-up. During warm up the injector line temperature never drops below 32, even when the ambient temperature and the fuel in the tank is around zero F.

I just checked Kerosene its time was 15.1 seconds. A little thinner than diesel but not as thin as RUG.
Right now my thoughts are to use injector heaters with the blend and coolant heated fuel filter. I considered an electric inline heater so the fuel would be warm upon reaching the IP until the engine comes up to temperature. I read a post one mans theory elsewhere, he believes the hot oil hitting the cold GM rotary IP causes the rotary shaft to expand due to the heat faster than the cold body and causes problems. This makes sense but just wondering if what others are doing with WVO blends in their 6.2/6.5 engines? I am not worried about my fuel pump, I installed a Carter and am sure it will handle the increased thickness (up to a point) but not sure if I should add the inline electric heater or not. 15-20% thicker doesn't seem like that much if that is all we are talking.
