Is this when you simply filter oil and mix it with diesel?

If this is; is there a specific specialized term for this?

Basically using filtered/washed WVO mixed with kerosene, diesel, RUG (regular Unleaded Gas), etc. Seems like lots are having good luck with ~80%WVO/20%RUG

Also called 'blending'
It involves cleaning and dewatering [drying] veg-oil and mixing it with diesel. Filters and settling or centrifuges are typically used.
In warm climates where is does not snow and with the simpler and older engines like the Mercedes the higher percents of VO greater than 50% in the mix seem to work OK.

Many of the guys here have been doing it for quite a few years & miles. They all seem to be having pretty good luck with it & all have helpful advice if one is getting stuck with a problem on getting started, the building of a system, filtering, mixing, blending, & what works best for the different climates that we live in.

From everyones signature, they have listed what type of vehicle they run, blends, & additives. I must say, an excellent resource. I have & am still learning as well.

Good Luck,
Dave
