What year is your Jetta?
I have an /87 that I run on b100 with no problems during the warmer months here although I did have to change the fuel filter after I had changed over (a normal ocurance). I found no noticeable difference in performance using it 12 years off the grid and counting |

My 95 GL likes it (B100) except when the mercury dips below freezing of course. I am wondering how it will react to blending.

Mine had no problems with all blends. I went down to -10 to -15 on a fifty fifty blend.
Didn't notice any problems with starting at that temp. I did lose one glow plug this winter. It was about 2 years old and appeared to have more than normal ash build up. could it be from some of the heavier b100 I ran through it during the summer? Maybe but I can't say for sure 12 years off the grid and counting |

No. I just pour the bio in and add regular diesel at the pumps.
Let the stuff mix up in the tank while driving down the road. I may be getting into a newer Jetta after today if everything goes according to plan. A /97 2 liter tubo. I'll see what kind of shape it's in 12 years off the grid and counting |

The blending I am considering is with cleaned, dried WVO not biodiesel. Thanks.
