Did your old plastic Pollak fuel tank selector valve stop working, i.e., leaking, sticking--the plastic gears stripping?

This is what the inside of your Pollack valve looks like.

It may be time to upgrade your WVO/SVO or biodiesel tank valve!

We have been running road tests on this aluminum bodied, 3-port WVO/SVO 12-volt fuel tank selector valve (also available in 24-volt) with easily-replaceable Viton seals. It has 12-mm ports with 1/2 inch NPT threads, a maximum operating temperature of 212° F, it is a bubble-tight valve (which means it is not going to leak like some of the other valves used for WVO) and it even has a small red light that tells you when you have switched to WVO! We have run this valve in VWs, Mercedes, and larger pickup trucks with good results.
For those who are interested, email me for a flowchart of the valves’ performance.
Other details you may want to know:
Max operating pressure: 1 MPa (10 bar) = 145 psi
It will take two 3-port valves to replace one 6-port valve.

we also have 24-volt wvo valves!

anyway we have them in stock!

$49

That's great Omar!

Next time I'm driving down the street with my head under my hood, I'll look for the tiny red LED to indicate switchover!

Omar,
Do you have a flow chart showing the pressure drop for given flow rates?

Omar,
Do you know the amp ratings and current requirements for these valves? Basically I'm trying to figure out how heavy of a wire and switch I'll need to run one of these.

Thanks

What is the bolt sticking out of the side?

Asked before, not answered, how many AMPS does the 12 volt model draw while it is actuated?

I'm in Canada.... what's your Christmas special price to get one shipped and into my hands?

Thanks!

..thx anyway Omar. I found a locally sourced Parker 2-position 3-way hydraulic (HydraForce style) valve for $79, so I went with that otherwise I would have taken you up on the offer.

Hi Omar.

These valve bodies look to me like they're machined from aluminum then either painted or anodized black.

Am I right? Are they aluminum?
