At $13 for 25grams I wouldn't waste my money. Tell him he's dreamin'. If I was going to use a dry powder for washing, I'd buy a 25Kg bag of Ultracal for $50. Or regular plaster for around $25 a bag.

Thanks Geewizztoo, so do you think that Bioclenz is just a fancy name for Ultracal. Do you dry wash and if so what do you use. when I tryed to get some info from the guy selling the Bioclenz he was a bit vague so I thought I would ask on the forum if anyone had used it, so if I can get some more info on it I would appreciate it.

Sorry Moonshine, I've no idea what Bioclenz is, probably repackaged Magnasol or it could be plaster. I have very little experience with dry washing using a powder, but there's a guy on the Aussie Forum who's reporting good success using various forms of plaster, here:

Powder washing biodiesel

He uses gypsum and according to him any type of pottery plaster, plaster of Paris, Ultracal, Hydracal will work. And it's a whole lot cheaper than Magnasol or Bioclenz (whatever that is).
