my biopro has been creating an emulsion every batch 3 in a row (made 14 with no problems before that)

i have noticed and witnessed a vigorous sudden boil wile in the washing cycle (settling) is moves the entire machine and remixes all of the wash water. i assume this is the cause of my emulsion.
i passed the HPT titrates at 3.4 ml koh and passed the 3/27 test
im not sure why it is heating when settling i used to run an apple seed never did that lol

does the biopro have a temp switch for heating (maybe it failed and is getting to hot causing the boil?)

my machine is an 07 and has made 17 total batches all in the last year (sat brand new untill last year)

any ideas am i not thinking of something here?

Get a hold of the folks at Springboard ( the machine maker) and get back to us with what they say. I am thinking it is the PID controller that is fried (if it has one) or otherwise the motherboard has issues.
