I am looking to buy 5 gallons of methanol. I can not get to the distributors near me as they close at 5:00 pm. and are not open on weekends. I am a small time user and at this time can not afford the 55 gallon barrels of the stuff. I am located 5 miles north of Frisco, Texas. Anyone near here have any for sale..

Are there any race tracks near you. Some Dragsters and other race cars use methanol for fuel. When I started out, I had a friend buy 5 gallons of Meth from a racetrack in Houston. Don't know wher exactly, as I did not go. Maybe this idea will help you. Be prepared to pay a premium price!!

There is one race track I know of. But it is a fair trek away. There is a distributor about 25 miles from me, but he is only open on weekdays 9-5 and I can not get there from work before he closes. Do not mine paying premium price as the batches are still small and I am still learning, but t will be cheaper than buying the small HEET bottles.

There are certainly some people on this forum from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I think Biogirlz may be able to help you out.

I did move but was right near Celina at 380/Preston. Pwrstrk6spd or Lost26 either one are very close and can help you out. I am there regularly and we buy drums for $107 plus share shipping. On our next batch maybe you can do half a barrel or something. Just keep in touch..
