All this talk about eductors and nozzles has me wondering if I would benefit from either. My current batches are 110 gallons (combined ingrediants) each. My pump is about 90gpm according to the chart, It's the 5.3/8" impeller, motor at 2950 RPM. The motor is 120V 2.5 HP. I 3/27 test around 30 min in and it's usually a clear pass. If I were to add a nozzle what size orifice would you recommend? How much pressure would likely build up? Strain on the motor? I may upsize the reactor in the future to a larger decomissioned propane tank. I'm thinking I may want the nozzle or eductor then. If you think I would benefit now though I may try it early.
Any advice?

As you have a 3/27 pass in 30mins you'll gain nothing by adding an eductor or reducing the feed pipe diameter.
The idea of an eductor in our reators is to bring the mixing performance of a slower/smaller pump upto the performance of your monster.

Be happy with what you have, you ain't gonna make it better.
