And here is my current set of instructions for my processor.
Sketch is same as in previous post.

V1: Pump -> Venturi -> Tank
V2: Pump -> Drain/Sample faucet
V3: Tank -> Pump
V4: Oil filler -> Pump
V5: Tank -> Sight tube

Chemistry:
75 liters oil
15 liters methanol
400 grams NaOH (5g catalyst, 0.33g titration)
2 liters biodiesel to methoxide to make cosolvent.
Giving a tank load of 92 liters (24.3 gallons)

STEP 1: Fill with oil

V1: open
V2: closed
V3: closed
V4: open
V5: open (oil in sight tube will drain into tank)

Connect empty cube to condenser and venturi for water collection.
Connect oil fill hose to fill connector.
Prime pump if needed and start pump.
Watch sight tube for level and stop pump when fill complete.
Close V4.
Close V5. Captured oil will be added to next batch.

STEP 2: Dewater oil

Turn on condenser cooling water pump.
Turn on tank pump.
Turn on tank heater.
Watch thermometers, stop when dewatering is complete.
Turn off heater.
Turn off condenser pump.
Run tank pump until oil temperature falls to 60C.
Remove cube with water and empty.

STEP 3: Prepare sodium methoxide

Measure methanol into cube.
Add NaOH to cube and mix until dissolved.
Add biodiesel and mix to form cosolvent.
Connect cube so that short pipe connects to condensor, long tube to venturi.
Turn on tank pump.
When all methoxide has been sucked in, turn off pump.
Switch tubes on cube.
Remaining methoxide (if any) will be used in next batch.

STEP 4: React oil and methoxide.

Turn on condenser pump.
Turn on tank pump.
Periodically collect samples by slightly opening V2.
Turn on heater occasionally if temperature falls too much.
Process until sample shows complete conversion.
Leave both pumps running.


STEP 5: Methanol removal

(FUTURE: Add hydrochloric acid to neutralize NaOH, if needed.)
Turn on heater until methanol distillation temp reached.
Maintain heat when needed.
When temp reaches water distillation temp, stop.
Turn off condensor pump.
Leave tank pump running.
Wait for temperature to fall to level safe for conical tank.
Remove methanol cube and connect water cube for next batch.

STEP 6: Drain tank

Close V1.
Connect tank drain to hose leading to separation tank.
Open V2.
(Do NOT open V5, raw oil must not mix with biodiesel products.)
Turn on tank pump, run until tank is empty.
Close V2.

STEP 7: Separate biodiesel and glycerine

Allow products to separate in conical tank.
Decant glycerine layer.
Wash biodiesel in conical as desired.
Decant biodiesel.
