These stoves are either fed by a pressure tank or gravity fed. Regardless, the supplied hose (pink) must be replaced as it is not biodiesel compatible; a better choice is braided pressure rated vinyl hose.

I have been using that design stove for some fourty years and really don't think it is going to work all that well on B100 with a gravity feed. If you noticed the flame never did turn to a nice blue one. It might if it had a blend for fuel. If you purchased the pressure fed stove then I can see that one doing better on B100.

I'm not saying you can't cook on the gravity fed stove and that flame might be OK in a third world situation but the combustion is not complete and there will be lots of soot.
