Does anyone now what's up with B100 supply is he on vacation? I placed an order on the 17th and it's been in processing status since and I badly need my scale

Sorry for the delays in updating your account. A big part of my email has been out of service for the last week while I've been migrating to a new ISP. It's back up and running now.
