I want my gas tank to be pump-free for ease of manufacture, So I am going to have it mounted high over the combustion chamber, using a combination of gravity and air pressure to fuel the turbine.

A hose attaches to the air tight gas tank from the nipple on the intake which regulates boost, thus fuel is fed to the combustion chamber as a direct function of boost.

Any problem with this set-up?

I like to help you very much in finding a solution to your problem, do you think you could make a small drawing to scale ?

As radiated heat + the fire risk are always important issues in any turbine fuel supply circuit it is important that you get the right type of information.

Kind regards

I tried using a gravity-flow setup to fuel my furnace and it gave me nothing but trouble. I tried about 50 different combinations of pipe size, valve size, oil temperature regulation, etc. and could never get the flow to stabilize properly. Since you are planning to aspirate your oil using air velocity, you may not run into as many problems, I guess experimentation will give the answer. As an alternative, the Facet-Purolator 12 volt pump many are using on their car veggie conversions may work very well in your situation. I use it to supply my furnace, and haven't found any problems with it so far. It only draws 1 amp, so a fully charged deep-cycle battery runs it a long time. I doubt it would have enough pressure to use as an injection pump for you, but you could sure use it to feed oil into your aspiration setup. All you need is a return line and a couple valves and you should have infinite flow/pressure adjustment.

You may try All Out Motorsports. There email is allout44h@hotmail.com. I noticed them selling turbos on ebay, so I emailed them asking if they ever got anything in that was not quite up to snuff for an automotive application to let me know. About 2 weeks later they hooked me up with one. It was in pretty good shape, although I believe the bearing is coked since I can't get oil through it. At any rate, they gave me a pretty good deal and were great to work with. By the way, they are located in Colorado.
