How do the rest of you deal with collecting WVO in cold weather? I have a couple of suppliers that need to have a barrel out back due to the volume. In the warm weather this is not a problem but as soon as cold weather comes, I need to know how to collect the oil out of the dumpsters. Thanks.

Do a search on this topic and you will find a lot of discussion. But in a nutshell some us vacuum, some use really good pumps, some swap out the frozen barrel and let it thaw in the shop. You will learn a lot the first cold snap when you get there to collect.
Definitely do a search as this topic comes up often.
