I want to be able to hook up a line to my burner from my biodiesel and keep my existing HHO line intact. Would a Y connector or a Tee work there? How would I install it? Where would I get the materials? Or would a burner Tech be able to do that for me? Thanks.

Hi Steve.

I'm putting together a similar setup. I am planning to add a Tee with a shutoff valve on each line.

I am adding a separate filter on the tank side of the new biodiesel line.

Instead of just adding a Tee, I plan to replace the line from the pump to the new Tee with a flexible line so I can swing open the burner assembly for adjustments, cleaning, inspection, etc.

I just picked up a couple of high pressure teflon lines inside stainless steel braid that should hold up to the biodiesel (or anything else for that matter).

As for the connectors, you would use flare fittings. If you're not familiar with them, stop by your local Lowes or Home Depot and tell them you are connecting flexible copper line. You'll need to know what size you're using (good chance it's 3/8").
