I just read thru this.

good info.

I started looking here because I have 2 oil fired burners that I got working yesterday.
initially on kerosene..

but then I tried on biodiesel and WVO..both fuels works to some degree.
the bio better than the WVO but neither as good as the kero..I expected this.
both the bio and WVO were not heated so the atomization was not as good as the kero.

I was more pleased that both bio and WVO light without preheating the fuel.

too bad neither burner will work for my needs.

I need a burner to melt solid oil before processing..-too big
or smelting foundry..not big enough..

but needs and uses change..oh well

back to the drawing board.
