I'm burning washed, dried, fully converted B100 in my Beckett AFG burner (suntec pump). Adjusted the air down, put in a .65 nozzle, and bumped up the pump pressure to 135 psi. Flame cone is perfect, always starts, no problems but one.

The nozzle drips BD when off which crystalizes and accumulates in the bottome of the gun housing. Anybody figure that one out yet?

Install a gadget called an "eco valve" from patriotsupply.com in place of the nozzle strainer. It has a spring valve that opens at 135# and closes at 100# when the pump shuts off to prevent nozzle drip. I'm burning B100 in my AFG and have had good results so far.
