I was wondering what everyone is using for delivery of the oil for their heaters.
Currently I have two methods of delivering oil to my heater. Electronically controlled solenoid valve with independently controllable on and off timers (works well when the oil level is above output end) and a variable speed peristaltic pump that I recovered from the scrap hopper. I am looking for a back up pump that is 115V (24VAC would be ok too), variable speed, capable of lifting fuel no more than 4 feet and capable of delivering 0.1-1.0 gallons per hour. I am looking for something that is commercially available and reasonably priced ($50-75). Any suggestions? This message has been edited. Last edited by: Gee_Dubya, |
