Hi Dino
You can use pure animal fat - my feedstock is mostly beef and pork fat. It will not be so good for low temperatures as pure vegetable oil. But what is your minimum temperature in Singapore? Hello Dino
Graham is correct. Just use at least 18% methanol and you can make biodiesel from 100% animal fat which is good to about 17deg C before it solidifies. This should not be a major concern in Singapore. You can always add a bit of petro-diesel to lower the freeze point if you get a "Cold Snap" |

My biodiesel processor is given by a friend and it didn't work perfectly though I think titration results show good.
Perhaps I should get a new ones. Any recommendations of any good makers of processors around our regions?

Dino;
You can make one yourself with either an old water heater or those 90 liter kerosene tanks they have in Asia (don't know if you get those in Singapore or not). Not sure about being able to get all the plumbing ? Buy a kit from one of the guys here and then all you have to come up with is the reactor unit itself.
