would like information regarding commercial based biodiesel processing in Spain, i.e. licensing requirements, laws, taxes etc etc. Does anyone out there know where to start.

I believe they have just supplied a small refinery in Spain so they might know.Also they are an Argentinian firm so they speak spanish.
