How much water left in the biodiesel finished product is acceptable. I water washed about a half litre of crude biodiesel then used anhydrous sodium sulfate to dry the biodiesel. Later I heated up the biodiesel in a glass boiling flask and I see condensation on the upper inside of the stoppered flask. I've probably got water and some alcohol left in the biodiesel. Obviously less is better, but what are acceptable water levels for the practical use of biodiesel? I don't want to waste time making it a lot better than it needs to be.
