You may want to consider swapping your current alternator with a higher capacity one. Itis probably cheaper and more durable an option than portabel wind generators. You may also want to consider using air pressure/vacuum to move wvo rather than a pump. This can be provided by a modified automotive air conditioning compressor. im not sure what alternator i have right now, but it was recently replaced and i was asking about bigger ones and the shop said i it was as big as they come.
the wind generator didnt cost me anything, i built it from parts i found at the dump. how do you use an AC compressor to move VO, i dont think ive heard of that befor. My bus has a Huge AC system that im not using already. 1993 ford e350 7.3L Short Bus |

id also be interested in how to modify an ac compressor to move vo. ive been thinking about removing my ac compressor and bolting in a honda power steering pump in its place, using that to run my centrifuge. the only issue is as i change engine rpms, the pressure will change, and possibly screw up the centrifuge.
