I need to scale back my oil pickups. The restaurant produces about 7 gallons a week. The oil titrates between 1-2 KOH. Right now they put it in buckets that I supply and I pick up once a week(they did not want to put it back into cubbies), but they have room for a drum if you'd rather go that route. I have not had any luck through craigslist and I really don't want them to call the large rendering company if a homebrewer could benefit.
