Glycerin Fire Logs - Again :-)
A few years back there was much discussion about burning glycerin/sawdust logs.
Many members stated good results with low chimney deposits.
I am wondering if anyone is still doing this, with good long term results ?

Secondly, I noted that some use de-methed glycerin. I am wondering why?
Would it not be possible (or even better) to leave the methanol in the glycerin to aid burning?

any feedback ?
