Hello Gents, I hope sometime in the near future I can offer as much help to someone as I have received. Anyway, I've got about 4 gallons of oil that I tried to process when I first started that turned out bad. It was processed with different amounts of KOH and I did not titrate it before I started. Can I use this and reprocess it somehow or is this just a waste? Thanks again for all the assistance and knowledge, I have finally got my first gallon of good BD.

There is no simple test that will tell you how much KOH is required for a reprocess.
You can mix it all up and start doing 1 litre test batches to see how much KOH is required.
If the biodiesel is unwashed, I would start with 1.5g KOH mixed into 35ml methanol and see if this passes the 3/27 test.
If it does not I woud do a second test batch using 3g KOH mixed into 35ml methanol and see what happens.
