Yes, Legal, I've already visited your website. As they say, imitation is the highest form of flattery. I'm using a Bete spray nozzle. I originally got it for my processing tank, but have since set up a seperate wash tank. I got a 60 degree nozzle, so it now doesn't cover the entire surface of my wash tank.
Seems like the temperature of the BD and the water is much more important than covering the entire BD surface. I try to keep the BD at 100 degrees and the water from my water heater is 120 degrees. After 3 washes totaling 100 gallons, I can usually get very clear water in a shake test. But how much difference does it make to cover the entire surface versus 60% of the surface? |
