OK, time for your "Biodiesel Tally" time!
We just figured up how much we've made so far this year. Turns out we just beat last years record... Last year we made 4500 Gallons of Bio in "The Octopus" This year we just calculated it & we're to 6500 gallons already & still have some of the year left. We made it all in our big, beautiful stainless steel babies... The 190 alone has made well over 3,000 gallons. We keep em humming! Also, that's over $10K in fuel bill savings.... Ahh.....Biodiesel. The stuff just rocks! -Graydon

Didn't keep track this summer. Somewhere between six and eight hundred gallons...probably.
I need a bigger processor... |

I'm sitting at just over 700. That's a lot of work with 25 gallon batches (in my 40 gallon Appleseed)! I'm in the process of building a new processer out of a 100 gallon pressure tank.

Okee-Dokey! I haven't yet unveiled "The Fat Man", but I believe it will be safer, faster, more efficient than my Appleseed. I will have plenty of pictures when the official unveiling happens! Hey Graydon, I think this is a full time thing for you so why not more on the Biopro 190?

When I finally get off my happy @55 and build the darn thing, I have almost two hundred gallons of cold-settled oil with which to make several batches of fuel... Three 55-gallon drums that have been sitting on the back porch for the past month. Well sealed, too, so they should have stayed fairly dry.

Hi all
Been reading this forum for a year or more but never jumped in. We have a Bioking BK-300 and 1000lt wash tank. Will probably end up with about 4500 gallons this year running 2 Fords and 1 Dodge on B-50. Biodiesel is for sure my new found hobby |

This is awesome to hear about!! I love counting up how much dirty diesel was displaced thanks to the hard work of everyone who makes biodiesel. Thanks to you all!
I can add another 2000-2500 US Gallons of B100 to the count. Unfortunantly I'm done this year due to cold outside temps/lack of time. Keep it up guys! 1986 vw jetta w/555,000 km & 1999 2500 cummins powered dodge on B100. Not to mention the other 5 vw's in the family. |

Couple thousand Gallons and counting. That is not counting the 1500 gallons of WVO I gave away. Wait till next year when we have our new mega possessor done.

Yes, they are 220 l. drums covered with crosslikend poliethylene foam . These drums come with a removable lid, and they are set upside down, so I can clean them once in a while easily The most expensive part here is the tubes. They are R1 rubber tubes, they can stand 110ºC and are BD compatible. Both drums are on a steel frame so it is easy to operate under them. It is not an expensive solution and I haven´t seen it around but it works very well. Under it all there is a retention frame, for 450 l. capacity, there is a well close to the processor and risk of contammination is high. I am planning to isolate it all with a transpartent cabinet, kind of polycarbonate or methacrylate, in order to avoid any kind of escape Best regards |
