i have about 3 gallons of bio that i removed off the top of my soap and glys buckets will it hurt to mix into my next batch of say 20gallons wvo ? do i just mix and then test ?

I would add it to your unwashed biodiesel from the 20G of WVO. Wash as normal from there.
