hi everyone Please help me, I can't believe that. I saw that my biodiesel was soap in the morning. I dont know why happened. I use rafined rape oil, I titrated the oil NaOH solution.(0,5 gr NaOH / lt) I used kostic 5+0,5=5,5 gr/ lt and %25 methyl alcohol. Then I seperate with the separator. When I recovery methanol from BD, it changed and it was soap. I think my seperator is not enough effective. I did the soap test before the vacum but I didn^t realize any soap. I don't decide what my problem is. I do the soap test--- > 2,5 ml raw BD and 22,5 ml. iso-propyl alcole. I mix them strongly, if I see the white things I understand the it incudes soap, but I really didn^t realize any soap before vakum. I don't know what my problem is? kostic or glycerin( because of seperator) Why I have soap, I hadn't any experiens like that. Plese show me the way Thank you

It is not clear if you drained off the glycerine. If you did, then how much glycerine was removed? The glycerine must be removed before evaporating off the methanol. Giving total quantities of input and output might help us help you. What exactly is your "seperator".
