When using vinegar in the wash water (for BioPro), does it matter if it is yellow or white?

As I understand, white vinegar is distilled vinegar. I would use that. I am unclear on the term "yellow vinegar".

It doesn't matter. White vinegar is made from (diluted) ethanol while yellow vinegar (if it is apple cider vinegar) is made from apple wine. In any case it's water with 0.5 % acetic acid.
