Here are pics of a sampling of my latest batch of Applejuice from my appleseed.

Looks a lot like applejuice...


It's clear enough to read newsprint - can see the bottom of the wash/dry tank from the top of 20 gallons of brew.


Passing 3/27 easily, I've tested it to 12/27 without fallout or cloudiness.

Previous batch had to be reprocessed to pass 3/27 - thanks to those who helped salvage that one!

Looks Great to me!! I made biodiesel using the appleseed processor method for a couple of years. Always makes you feel good for it to turn out like your pics...

I used to do my 1 liter test batches in applejuice containers. Having little ones around the house, I was afraid they would find it and try to drink it, so I switched to a 2-liter bottle. It just looked too much like real applejuice.
