I've been making bio with koh for about 1.5 years. I purchased a new 50 lb. bag of koh from Green way Chemicals here in knoxville tn. and this koh leaves me with a white substance that settles to the bottom of the drying tank. It looks like it may be a powder. I can siphon it off the bottom of the tank and then siphon the oil off the top of this white stuff but what a pain. It goes right through my 10 micron filter so i accidentally got it into my dodge cummins fuel tank. but so far no adverse affects. does anyone have any idea what it is and how to deal with it? thanks
