Lisa is right on about the air too soon. It makes nothing but mayo if I apply bubbles before about 2 static washes and at least one mist, maybe 2. After that its bubbles and mist with hot water by the way.

well heres the problem- I forgot to put the hose all the way into the bio- it was spraying down on top of the fuel! I'm not the one who usually does the processing, my partner was away on vacation.


What we're going to do is completely drain off the thin emulsion layer and set it aside in another barrel so we can let it settle longer and then pull the good stuff off the top and wash it with subsequent batches. We're going to a 300 gallon reactor soon.
