Hello to all !!

Well...I have to wash my first bottle of BD.
I was reading and I decide to do it by BioCruiser method, mist washing.
So, I was looking for a mist nozzle, but I couldn't find one, here in this "beautiful" country.

I will need your help. I will need if someone could tell me if that I need to buy is something like this:

http://www.sprays.co.uk/largeimages/mistingfogging.htm

If your answer is yes....Will I need a water compressor to make the mist works ????????? or these mist nozzles work fine with water without any pressure, only the atmosphere press???

Thank you for the help !!!

90 litres of Biodiesel.

Yes, the round red or blue look about correct, but I use something called a micro mister.

Here in Australia you can buy micro mist sprayers for watering plants at most any hardware store They are about 1 cm long and not quite as big around as a pencil. The mist sprayers cost around 25 cent eachs. There is a special soft hose that you poke a hole into whereever you want it and screw the mist nozzle in. Very cheap.

If you hook the hose to a tap/faucet, you can regulate the pressure with the tap.

You should be able to get them at garden ing shops or nurserys

You do not need anything big so long as it produces a mist

..but it generates a big drop with a big flow of wather ( if I put the hand in front of the mist it is all wet in just 1 second) The drops aren't small enought ( I think)and the are too much !!

What happend if I generate the drops inside the BD ( for example with a needle) May the small bubble of wather clean the BD, or it must first be in contact with the air and then get in teh BD ??

It is the water moving through the oil that does the washing.

How much biodiesel are you going to wash?

It is hard to understand how a cemetery raised its burial cost and blamed it on the cost of living.

by the time, I am testing BD and washing in 1L batches.
I probed diferent kind of mist but the bubble of water is too big and it is not gently.

When I find the correct form to wash, I will adapt the method to a, may be, 50L tank.
