Hello erdem-ozcan

Congratulations on your success and you are welcome for any help I may have given you.

What was the titration of the oil to start?

There are two causes for soap production during the reaction.
* Neutralizing FFA's with NaOH/KOH
* The side reaction that makes soap from biodiesel/Veggie oil during the base reaction.

The Acid/Base procedure eliminates most of the FFA's so this cause of soap production will be virtually eliminated.
You can not stop the side reaction, but this seems to be a minor reason for soap production.
