I have the opportunity to help a local bus company brew BioDiesel. I've been designing them a plant but I recall a while ago seeing companies that made turn key setups. I'm not positive on quantity but it would probably run batches of a few thousand gallons at a time. Feed stock would be mixed, non-hydrogenated and new oil. Dry wash would be used.

If anyone knows of where I should look, please let me know. Thank you.

The Biopros might be a little small for what you want. There are people who are running multiple machines.
The biggest obstacle is finding enough feedstock.

I've been working with other folks regarding Biopro's but they're *way* too small for this application. It's a bus company that's partners with a large chain of restaurants. They've got enough feedstock for tens of thousands of gallons per month.

There aren't many providers of good commercial technology at the scale you mention, simply because it's at the very low end of what is considered commercially viable. What does exist is often over-priced and incapable of handling mixed/low quality oil. The tried and true method at this scale is DIY.

Donniej, We aren't too far from you. We built a processor that will do 250 gallons at a time, and with another tank, and some additional plumbing we could do 500. Keith
