okay, i know this sounds crazy, but my glycerin and bio will not seperate until i put water in it. i processed like normal (did a titration, only titrated to about 1.5 with NaOH). i used a base/base process. when i came back the day after processing (expecting to find a nice dark layer on the bottom) i found one layer that looked a lot like the WVO. now i first thought the batch dident process, but then i did one liter batches of varying NaOH amounts, and had no luck getting any glycerin to drop out. but then i did a quick bottle wash, and the wash water turned a light brown, and a layer of dark oil appeared on top of that, and a layer of biodiesel was on top (the dark layer was very thin)

i have never encountered this before, and dont know what happened.

I think you will need to provide details of your "normal process" before anyone can give you advice.
