I could not find this in the archives, but I was wondering what was the optimal temperature for filtering, considering the melting point for some of the hydrogenated oils. I get oil from a few sources (all of it soy oil), some of which is partially hydrogenated and clogs my cartridge filters in 10 seconds. From your experience, what temperature melts all the oils so that it flows quickly through the filters?

thanks

giovanni
