After 3 months of fabricating, I made my first 165 Gal. batch last night. (with the help of DAW. It appears to have turned out good. Passed the 27/3 test after 1 1/2 hours of stiring. The time will get better, I was off a little on my tank calibrations. I have a 200 Gal. car wash heater tank with 3 boat propellers to mix. I'm turning the prop's with a 3 H.P. motor at 1400 RPM's It mixes the heck out of it. Will post pictures soon. If anyone needs to hire a highly qualified consultant for a start up system I can recommend one. I would have never made it without his guidance. Thanks daw

Man I'd just love to be able to get ahold of some larger reactor vessels. For cheap of course. :-)

BTW: Congrats!

I was able to locate a leaking car wash tank for $100.00. The good thing about it was it has a port hole so I could mount my 3 boat prop's, shaft and bearings inside. Keep looking you will find something. It took so much time than I ever thought it would. But it was worth it. I know my processor inside and out.
