Not enough total amount of water to wash 35 gallons. Just my opinion but I would use a total of more than 20 gallons. Wash till the drain water is mostly clear. Lots of opinions on this but I wash and wash more. Might be overkill but it is my motor that is going to use it. Water is cheap and motors aren't.

My WAG would be no way in hell. The natural metabolic processes of the bacteria in your septic make by products that are way nastier, and as has been pointed out methanol actually encourages bacteria by feeding it. The small amount that'll make it to your tank from your wash water isn't going to harm anything.

I dont know, but suspect that you could kill off all the bacteria in your septic tank if you process a lot of Biodiesel. Small amounts are ok -- it is like small amounts of Drano. Just be careful you dont put "too much" whatever that is... Chris
