Isopropyl alcohol is C3H7OH. Or, perhaps a better answer to your question is "isopropyl alcohol is isopropyl alcohol." I have no idea what you mean by specific content unless you wanted the chemical formula for it.

I haven't had a chemistry class since high school -- almost 20 years ago -- but the answer to your question was the very first hit in my Google search. Seriously, try it.

Isopropyl alcohol is used as the solvent when titrating your oil, to determine the acid value.
Aim for the purest you can get, as water in the isopropyl alcohol will make the oil difficult to dissolve and may give a false result.
