I just did the JW test. New unwashed BD 3 ml and 27 ml methanol. swirled it and on the bottom it left grease or glycerol- what went wrong it my process did I not used enough Methanol? 200 ml for each litre of WVO and 4,5 grammes of NaOH. I did 35 litres of oil. The glycerin stucked in my mashine and turned out to be like cake. I poured the methoxide in quickly.

Sounds more like a problem with process or equipment rather than a problem with your recipe.

Please describe your equipment and process in great detail. It sounds like you have a mixing or reaction problem from this and your other posts.
