Wanted to do up my '61 190 D- but now have a beautifully redone 180 D with a 190 motor.
I find myself with heaps of spares and parts-
I ran the '61 on SVO, which it tolerated but this engine seems tighter.
Any old benz nuts out there?

I would LOVE to have an old '58-'61 Ponton diesel, but it would have to be a daily driver so I don't know...also, being in central FL A/C is almost a necessity. Still that would be a nice car. Are you selling a car complete?

1985 Mercedes 300D, sold, Heat exchanger and injector line heaters, all single tank. 1997 E300D Benz using 50% diesel, 50% VO single tank

I have enough stuff to make two more cars with large spares packages- would be a winter project-
and Florida is a long ways from central Vancouver Island-
I used my '61 as a daily driver, long commutes, and logging road missionmobile- truly awesome. Only problems were generator mounting system and clutch disc blew apart, but now these things need new metal in the unitized with subframe body.
Working on getting a place to put the shop and stuff right now-
Regards,
