hey guys/gals new to the site.i got a 84 300D mercedes that i just got done.it going to run off of wvo or just about any thing i can find just because i'm so cheap.you can see it at

let me know what all of you think. what you like and what just wont work or anything.

Did you put in an intercooloer? And what happened to your air filter?

Looked at the supermotors pics- awesome conversion! Can you run all the electric heaters at once or do you have to sequence them? How hard was the 120 Amp Alternator upgrade?

I guess you'll have to wait for winter to really try it out.

basic bolt in alt. and yes i can run all ele. heaters at once.just need to upgrade wire to battery.

If you didn't run the beefy sound system, would you be able to get by with just one battery? I have an 84 300SD for which I am making plans to convert. Which alternator did you use and where did you get it from?

Looks like Ultra Copper RTV, but my question would be, why?

because theinline heaters get hot and for weather protection
