Anyone done work with mushrooms? They can obviously be grown in non crop areas. Cook them up into alcohol or some sort???

I like them with steak, omelets, some vegetables, spaghetti sauce, etc. Morel mushrooms are especially tasty. They occur naturally in limited numbers or in great numbers in a forest fire area the following summer.
