I have found a local source for WVO, but am working on the best way to transport it. From what I've been told, they pour the WVO straight from the fryer into the waste drums. For easier transportation, I was thinking of having them pour it into some HDPE cubes (5 gal. or so), that I could just put in the bed of my truck to transport. So my question is, how much heat can the HDPE's handle (straight from the fryers)?

HDPE is good for 120 F or so without too much concern. More than that, and things get......concerning.
