My professor wants to take a family vacation to southern Utah, from Eastern Washington (Ellensburg). She wants to use as little carbon a possible, and likes the concept of renting a biodiesel car for the trip (inspired by Shawn's Bio-Bug).

Please offer suggestions to help this happen.

Deadline is March 21, 2009 (the day after finals). The winning respondant gets definite enormous Karmic credit, and possible beer and pizza if I can arrange it.
