I've done 2 acid washes.Oil now titrates at 16. Can I use it or do i need to do something else?

If it was me, I would just react it after all the work you have put into it. You will only get about 50 percent yield, and make a lot of soaps. Then again, I dont have alot of patience.
How long, total, have you been running the pump on this batch with acid?

It ran about 5-6 hours

I would let the pump run for 18 more hours solid and recheck it after that time period then. Take it with a grain of salt though, Im having my own acid stage issues.

I did a 3rd acid stage at 15 and i could'nt get below 12. went ahead and processed a base-base reaction, got alot of soap and about 25% byproduct(glycerin) and going to bubble and drywash and see hoe it looks.

I let the pump run for 18 hours. Now titrates at a 5.
